The Change 4 Life Programme (Over 18’s) will be happening in the North East Inner City .

Wednesday 22nd January - 6pm to 8pm - St. Laurence O'Toole Recreation Centre
Friday 24th January - 12pm to 2pm - St. Laurence O'Toole Recreation Centre
Sean McDermott Street area:
Tuesday 21st January - 9am to 11am - Central Model School
Thursday 23rd January - 8.30am - 9.30am & 6pm to 8pm - Holy Child Pre School (Lourdes Parish Schools)
East Wall area:
Tuesday 21st January - 12pm - 1:30pm & 6pm to 8pm - East Wall Recreation Centre, Russell Avenue
Cost is €25 euros for 7 weeks of activity.
