Open House Dublin is Ireland’s largest architecture festival. It is taking place across Dublin City from 12th – 14th October and includes an event at Croke Villas Flats in the north east inner city which will be open to the public this weekend Saturday 11:00 – 5:00 and Sunday 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. see details at https://openhousedublin.com/index.php/tour/croke-villas-flats

No. 45 Croke Villas will feature an exhibition of photographs taken prior to and during the demolition by photographic artist Jeannette Lowe in a setting that has been re-created as it was in the 1960’s. No. 45 is the last remaining block of flats due to be demolished early in 2019 making way for a new social housing on the site.

This project has been selected by Totally Dublin as one of their five highlights (of 170 events) on the 2018 Open House Dublin Programme.
