Nollaig na mBan

Dublin’s Nollaig na mBan festival returned for its second year to celebrate outstanding local women in the North East Inner City.

Saturday's events were all about embracing and empowering local women who make a difference in our everyday lives.

Emerging from a series of informal gatherings in the north east inner city over many years, the festival was established in 2023 to formally honour the contribution to the local area of exceptional women. This Nollaig na mBan provided an evening of entertainment to raise money for Sonas Services, which supports women and children experiencing domestic violence.
