The National Office for Community Safety, part of the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, is currently running a public survey to help inform Ireland’s first National Strategy for Improving Community Safety under the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024.
The National Strategy for Improving Community Safety aims to respond to the needs and concerns of communities, help public services and communities work together in a joined-up way to make communities safer. This survey is to support the public to provide their views on community safety to inform the development of the strategy and is open to anyone living in the Republic of Ireland.
The closing date for the survey is 27th February 2026. To take the survey, scan the QR Code on the image or follow the link below.
