Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the Oasis Centre


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses are now available at the Oasis Centre.

This is an eight-week programme that uses mindfulness in an approach that focuses on improving physical and emotional well-being for individuals.

The programme consists of eight weekly classes and a one-day experiential workshop.
