The theme for the Marino Creative Minds Festival is Biodiversity & Diversity and it will take place on Thursday 11th May.
The festival will begin with a whole school parade around Marino Park at 13:15 led by the school principal, Mary McAteer, as Mother Earth. All the students will participate as they celebrate the earth in all its glory, highlighting the challenges we face as a global community while representing all the many different ethnicities and identities in Marino College.
The parade will return to Marino College at 14:00 where the celebration will continue in the school building, with the music, food, and many cultures of Marino until 15:00/15:30.
