Lunar New Year ONLINE Community Celebration

12 Days of Family Fun for the Year of the Tiger in the North East Inner City

2022 is the year of the Tiger which represents bravery, competitiveness and confidence with an emphasis on risk taking adventure for all zodiac signs this year!

This year’s annual Lunar New Year Celebrations will be hosted by Hill Street Family Resource Centre in partnership with the North East Inner City Initiative and supported by Dublin City Council, taking place online from 1st – 12th of February. It will feature a wide variety of activities and workshops including food, arts & crafts, dance and music performances.

There will also be competitions open to the entire community such as a talent show, a ‘decorate your door’ with Lunar New Year crafts and a family Bingo night resulting in prizes! Participants of all ages will enjoy a colourful celebration filled with culture and history for all ages to enjoy and participate in.

The event is funded by the Government under the NEIC Initiative as part of its annual programme of community events, and is supported by DCC. To take part, follow Hill Street Family Resource Centre on Facebook and Instagram.
