An open-top bus parade is planned for gold medal winner Kellie Harrington as she returns home to Dublin’s north east inner city.
The homecoming parade is due to take place around 5pm, with Kellie travelling along Ballybough Road towards Summerhill, past her parent’s house in Portland Row, and passing through neighbouring Killarney Street, Sean McDermott Street, Gardiner Street and the North Strand.
Residents are pleased asked to stay around their own area and not all converge on Portland Row.
