As you may have been aware, for the past 6 weeks redevelopment work has been ongoing within Diamond Park. The work has been scheduled in a way to try keep the park open for the majority of the summer.
However the stage has now been reached where the entire park has to close to allow the redevelopment work to progress.
We have been informed by Dublin City Council Parks Section that the Park will be closed from Monday the 15th of August for the next 5 months.
Don'y worry too much though, it will be absolutely fantastic once it's complete!!
We've got two 'sneak peek' images of what it will look like below, and we know that the time will fly in towards its full completion.
We already can't wait!
