In 2023 the NEIC Community Arts Programme in partnership with the Hugh Lane Gallery is offering an opportunity to One Community Based Early Years Setting in the North East Inner City, to participate in a 12 month, Early Years Visual Arts Residency with the acclaimed Early Years Artist, Helen Barry.
