Change 4 Life classes for the North East Inner City, 2022.

Please note the best way to secure your place at each class is to make contact with the contact point to confirm your place.  We will try to accommodate as many people as possible for each class but places are limited – particularly in indoor venues.

For those interested in doing the Exwell Classes – you must get a GP Referral and book in directly with the Exwell Team.  Mask wearing is required for this class.
