Work Equal are running an inclusive pathways to employment programme, starting mid June, for people who are ready to move towards employment but need a route to help them!
The Workability programme offers:
6 one-to-one mentoring sessions with a dedicated mentor
14 live online workshops (recorded, so life doesn't get in the way)
Self-paced workbook content they can return to anytime
Meaningful goal-setting — realistic and led by them
Confidence tools to quiet the inner critic
Self-advocacy and workplace communication skills
CV writing, interview prep and a professional mock interview
Remote and hybrid working guidance for the modern workplace
All online, weekday mornings, nationwide. Just an internet connection is needed.
