Throughout February and March, each Wednesday will play host to Wellness Workshops. Starting on 4th February, don't miss the chance to garner information and skills regarding your own well-being.
The sessions will cover an array of topics including; How to deal with stress, Coping with Trauma, Tips to get a better night's sleep and many more. The HSE and other organisations will be present to answer any of your questions.
The sessions will take place every Wednesday at 2:00pm - 4:00pm in Dublin Central Library in the Ilac Centre, Dublin 1.
