This is a FREE six-week course for people living in Dublin’s North East Inner City.
The course will teach participants how to understand stress and it’s impacts with a relaxed and fun approach.
You will also learn Tai Chi, breathing exercises and more!
The course will take place in the Killarney Court Community Hall on Buckingham Street, starting on Wednesday 11th May at 10am – 12pm and will run for Six weeks in total.
