Early Learning Initiative Summer Programmes 2024

Early Learning Initiative are hosting numerous programmes this Summer.

STEM Play and Learn

STEM Play and Learn is for children aged 3.5-6 year old and takes place at home, where trained Home Visitors deliver 4-6 play sessions with the families to support and promote children’s literacy, numeracy and STEM skills! All the appropriate educational materials and resources are provided.

Parenting 365

Saturday the 18th May will see the return of another term of P365 that will run for weeks offering families 1hr play sessions every Saturday and a weekly online zoom session that is hosted by highly skilled guest speakers. Parenting 365 is for children with development delays or additional needs age 1 - 4 years. Parenting 365 Summer reunion events will be held every Tuesday in July. The Summer events give priority to previous families who have participated in Parenting 365.

Parent Support Groups

ELI hold a wide range of different parent and toddler groups in the Dublin 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 areas. We offer everything from baby massage to storytelling. Come along and join us!

Plastic Free Playgroup

ELI's first ever plastic free playgroup runs every Wednesday at 9.30am -10.30am in Ringsend Community Centre.

Discover University

Discover University will be held in NCI this year from 18th- 26th June to give young people aged 14-17 the opportunity to experience a taste of life at NCI and to see college as part of their future. Students are mentored and supported by NCI faculty staff and team leaders to study their chosen subject.
