The Early Learning Initiative would like to invite children aged between 4 years to 12 years old to join them for their ‘STEM - Play & Learn’ session on Thursday 12th July 2018 in National College Ireland from 10am to 1pm. Parents, caregivers, afterschool services and summer programmes are welcome to come along with their children for the this fun event. Children will be encouraged to learn about science, technology, engineering and maths through hands on fun and engaging activities with their friends.
ELI received funding from Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) to run a showcase event to promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). ELI staff and volunteers will facilitate a diverse range of activities which aim to encourage children to actively engage in STEM themed learning opportunities.
